Hagad.  I was recently featured on College Fashionista’s Monday spotlight (For UofI).  Here’s how the most awkward moment of my life (okay, month) went down:

1. After asking me to be featured, she says, “I really like your sweater!”.  I say, “I’m glad you like it!  I call it ‘grandma-glam’”.  She says “____”.
2. She asks me to stand up and take a photo.
3. I ask (while she’s clicking away), “Does it matter that I’m not actually a student??”  She says, “No…” (accompanied with ‘blank-face’)
4. She says, “Can you try to be more natural?”
5. I try.
6. She says, “Can we try another pose?”
7. YOU GUYS, I don’t know how to have my photo taken!! and i feel so WEIRD and i actually didn’t even shower that day and I knew the WHOLE TIME exactly how terrible and awkward the photos were going to be.
8. I look genuinely fearful in the standing pose.
